Because the art market is always in a state of flux, with new releases coming out while other ones sell out, these pages are constantly being updated. We will try to keep you, the collector, as up to date as humanly possible on the newest releases, price changes and when art sells out. Prices and availability of artwork do change overnight sometimes and very unexpectedly, so there is no guarantee that the piece you ordered on our web site is available. We will always email a confirmation of your order to you within 2 business days. Shipping

We ship all art within the continental United States using UPS. UPS is our recommended shipper, and Artifacts Gallery will stand behind and guarantee all deliveries made by this carrier.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and other international destinations are shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service, whichever is less expensive.

We will ship anywhere in the world and will handle all export documentation on this end. Overseas shipping can cost from $50.00 to $100.00 (or more), so if this is a concern, ask us for a quote on shipping costs.

  • All orders will be fully insured and shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) unless otherwise specified.
  • Shipping unframed art ranges from $15 - $40 for an unframed canvas
  • Shipping framed art ranges from $50-$200
  • California state sales tax will be applicable on all orders shipped within the State of California.
  • Import Taxes or Duties

    We have no way of accurately estimating what- if any- duties or taxes will be due on your shipment. Each country handles things differently, and there is no one reference we have found that consolidates this information. Therefore, we suggest you contact the Commerce or Tax Authorities in your country to find out what duties or taxes may be applicable to the importation of Art into your country. Such duties or taxes will be collected from you at the time of delivery. As part of our export documentation, we file forms which state the full retail value of the art, and a copy of this declaration accompanies the shipment.

    Return Policy

    Most art purchased at Artifacts Gallery online may be returned for any reason within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund. Please call us within this time frame for a Return Authorization number, and then ship it back in its original condition, postage prepaid. All returns must have the Return Authorization number printed clearly on the outside of the package, or they will not be accepted. Returns will be inspected immediately on receipt, and a credit will be run or check posted as appropriate. Shipping Charges are not refundable.

    Returns after our authorized return period may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders canceled may be accepted for return on a case-by-case basis, and will be subject to at least a 15% restocking fee. Special orders are exempt from our return policy and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Gift Certificates

    Sending the gift they want is as easy as sending an Artifacts Gallery Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates can be can be used on any gallery items. You may purchase a gift certificate by calling 1.800-927-7335. There is no shipping charge for gift certificates.

    Your gift orders receive special care. Your gift message can be included with any order at no charge.
